Several paid users reported a sharp drop in their weekly quota, which rapidly dropped from 96% to zero without any usage. Tibo Sottiaux, the product manager, publicly responded, stating that an emergency operation room has been launched to thoroughly review backend logs and is working to mitigate the impact on users.
